Glass Cutting by Hand - Basic Level (2 hours/$80)

Learn or reinforce your basic glass cutting skills. You'll build the skill & confidence needed for our Open Kilnforming Studio, other workshops where glass cutting experience is necessary, or for ongoing work in your own studio. This class is a great next step from Glass Fusing Fundamentals or other introductory kilnforming workshops. All tools and materials included.
You can opt to cut and assemble/make these items:
1) 9cm x 9cm glass coaster $10
2) 13cm x 13cm medium glass coaster $20
3) 20cm x 13cm wind chime $30

My First Fused Glass Project with Precision Cutting Techniques (3 hours/$220)

This 3-hour class introduces many fundamental concepts related to creating glass objects in the kiln. After a brief overview, you'll work with a wide range of glasses to make a 15cm x 15cm square slumped plate. You will learn how to use cutting systems to create perfect squares, rectangles and triangles.
After completing this class, you will be eligible to apply for Access User Pass to start new similar projects.
Project work: Making a geometric shaped 15cm x 15cm plate
Additional plate $40
Eligibility: No experience with glass is required for this course—recommended for beginners.
